Aurélie Boulet has been a lawyer at the Paris bar since 2003 and holds a Master’s degree in corporate law. Her intellectual property rights thesis on “the right to inviolability of the work” was given the top mark in her graduating class.
She joined the firm in 2000 as an intern and became a full member of staff after taking her oath.
Her seniority and extensive experience allows her to work in all areas of intellectual property law, trademark law, new technologies, reputation management. She assists clients in an advisory capacity, litigation and in strategic optimisation regarding the filing, protection, defence, pre-litigation negotiation and oversight of major brand portfolios and domain names.
She also has solid experience handling unfair competition cases (smear campaigns, enticement, customer poaching, re-use of distinctive features of a business) before civil and commercial courts.
