Marine Péchenard spent six months at the Paris regional court’s C2 organised crime section, where she prepared the closing speeches of the prosecution –[referrals, dismissals, reclassifications], helped prepared hearings for magistrates. This gave her excellent insight into the criminal justice system.

While studying law and after working at a firm specialised in corporate criminal law, Marine Péchenard joined the Paris regional court’s C2 organised crime section.
She broadened her expertise by working as an assistant at the Asnières magistrates’ court for nearly a year on real estate matters and civil enforcement procedures.
She joined Avens as a student intern/lawyer in January 2016 and became a full member of staff after obtaining CAPA certification for corporate criminal law, competition law and commercial law.
